CGL Facades worked alongside architects, landlords, planners and the client to develop an architectural cladding solution for Debenhams’ location at Cheshire Oaks retail outlet. The end result had to be efficient, versatile and long lasting.

Our Texcoat 160 extrusion system is a textured aluminium extrusion that can replicate the feel and look of any finish, in addition to being modular, light weight and easy to install.

Installation was planned to reduce the amount of disruption and down time on site across the entire continuum of the architectural branding process, including installation, removals and on-site modification. In order to progress as quickly as possible there were seven installation teams on site. In total, over 12,000 meters of aluminum profile was used in updating the building’s exterior to a modern and dynamic façade.
