CGL Shingles

Derby Velodrome is a multi-use arena and cycling velodrome, designed by architecture firm FaulknerBrowns. This extremely striking building features CGL Facades’ anodised shingles, installed in landscape format and incorporating a flowing wrap-around pattern. The shingles were supplied in four different finishes – Anolok 541, Silver 100A, Regency Gold 2 and Regency Gold 3 – to create a dynamic surface break-up effect, further lending to this building’s unique appearance. This highly energetic design is a fitting look and perfectly matches the building’s function.
